These terms govern your use of this website. By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

2. These terms do not govern our payroll services

If you are a client, the payroll services we provide to you are governed by your engagement letter and its schedules, not by this page. If anything on this website differs from your engagement letter, your engagement letter applies.

3. Information on this site is not advice

We publish guidance, pricing examples and articles to help you understand payroll. They are general information, not advice for your situation, and you should not act on them without taking advice that takes account of your circumstances. Payroll rules change, and older articles may no longer reflect the current position. Pricing shown on this site is an example and is confirmed in a written quote.

4. Availability

We try to keep the site available but we do not guarantee it. We may suspend, withdraw or change any part of it without notice.

5. How you may use the site

You may view, download and print pages for your own use or your organisation’s internal use. You must not use the site in any way that is unlawful or fraudulent, introduce harmful code, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or copy, republish or exploit its content commercially without our written permission.

6. Our content

We own or licence all content on this site, including text, graphics, logos and the Intelligent Payroll name. Nothing on the site gives you any right in it beyond the use described above.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, we are not liable for any loss of profit, revenue, business or goodwill, or for any indirect or consequential loss, arising from your use of this site or from reliance on any information published on it. Our liability to clients for our services is dealt with in the engagement letter.

We may change these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed.

11. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
